Colten is the reason we are here today, the reason we advocate for hemp, and the drive behind why we introduced CBD cultivation to the state of Kentucky.
With the creation of our high CBD blends, we've made it possible for many children and adults to experience what superior CBD can do to increase their quality of life.
KENTUCKY HISTORY IN THE MAKING
The Federal Farm Bill of 2014 was signed into federal law on February 7, 2014. This law allowed states with established hemp laws in place, like Kentucky (through their Departments of Agriculture), to grow / produce hemp.
As 1 of the original 6 growers/producers granted permission in Kentucky in 2014, and the only one cultivating for Cannabinoid content, we introduced and started CBD cultivation here in the state. Since 2014, we’ve been cultivating under an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Kentucky Department of Agriculture. All of our cultivation locations, storage sites, processing facilities and store locations are registered and GPS marked by the Kentucky State Police.

Today, Kentucky Cannabis Company remains vertically integrated and creates full-spectrum hemp extracts and CBD-infused products for consumers under the name of Bluegrass Hemp Oil.
Bluegrass Hemp Oil has three retail locations: Lexington, Kentucky, Midway, Kentucky (opening soon), and Spokane Valley, Washington. Additionally, our products can be found on pharmacy, health food store, and professional clinic shelves throughout the state and country.
