Will CBD Help to Manage Anxiety?

This question is easily one of the top 3 reasons people today are looking into CBD. Good news! Early research and consumer testimonies are VERY promising on this topic.





Several studies have shown that cannabis may help with anxiety. However, when looking into this for yourself, it’s important be aware of the type of cannabis (high THC or high CBD) used in the study. Consuming high THC cannabis has been linked to an increased risk factor, potentially making someone more vulnerable to anxiety. Therefore, those interested in managing their anxiety should look at research on cannabidiol, not generalized studies of medical "marijuana".
