SHIPPING POLICY
We generally ship all items (meaning packages leave our facility) within 1 or 2 business days of our receipt and acceptance of an order. If there is a delay affecting our ability to ship generally, we will attempt to notify you. We ship through UPS and Federal Express, and packages can be tracked through their websites.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the delivery date requested or provided is an estimate only. BHO is not responsible for packages once they have been successfully delivered to the courier, including delays, or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of any government or acts of God. Delays in shipment, missing packages, etc. must be addressed directly between the consumer and the courier. We can provide tracking and additional information as needed.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
PAYMENT METHOD
For online/phone orders, we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to invalid payment method, declined credit, expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment. BHO is not responsible for any charges, errors or losses that may result from any payment method used by you for the purchase of our products.
